A custom home gives you one rare advantage: the walls are open before the technology decisions become expensive. Prewiring is not simply running a few Ethernet cables. Start With the Lifestyle, Not the Wire

Square footage matters, but the routines inside the home matter more.

Walk the plans room by room before construction begins. Prewire Entertainment Where It Belongs

A polished entertainment system should feel present when you want it and nearly invisible when you do not. Coordinate Trades and Document the Plan

Low-voltage prewiring succeeds when it is coordinated with framing, electrical, HVAC, cabinetry, drywall, and interior design. Speaker locations can conflict with ducts.
